Every floor is different, just as every home is. There are all sorts of variables that can change the price quite a bit and the last thing that we would want to do is give you the wrong price.
We have learned that the best way to service you is to get you an accurate price. We are more than happy to come out and, in just about 30 minutes, get you an estimate on the spot. Once we give you a price, it's good for a whole year. No high pressure sales, no hassle, no obligation. We just get you an estimate for your project.

Size Of Area
We carefully measure the space to ensure that our estimate is accurate. That means no surprises!
Condition Of Concrete
Concrete can have cracks, lifting, peeling, spalling, pitting, and all sorts of other things that will effect putting any coating on it. While each floor is unique, and any damage needs to be repaired before we can get started on the coating, the important thing is to understand the condition before we start! Older floors generally have a bit more work to be done, but most projects are still done in a single day, even with repair work!
Existing Coatings
Do you have a DIY coating from a home improvement store? DId a previous owner (or you) coat the floor with something or had someone else do that? Sadly, these coatings are usually in bad shape by the time that we see them and can take a lot of work to remove or level out, so that we can proceed with the work!
