Polyurea is a solid, exceptionally durable yet flexible material. It performs so well on  concrete garage and basement floors because it is flexible enough to expand and contract along with the concrete, when there are thermal changes. Between it's excellent UV resistance, its chemical resistance, its resistance to stable heat (up to 266℉ and 430℉ for short durations!) and its excellent abrasion resistance, there really is no other quality choice for your concrete floor!
