With fast curing high tech polyurea formulas and experienced technicians, your floor will be finished in one day and look great. These awesome floors can be installed in any season.
Why Not Epoxy?
We know you want the best protection available. Epoxy floor coatings break down with heat, road salt, hot tires, cold and some even break down in UV. Our Polyurea and Polyaspartic coatings are UV-stable, able to resist heat and 4x stronger than epoxy.

HOW IT WORKS
Preparation
Our installers use professional grinders with a vacuum system to prepare your floor surface. This step ensures that the area is ready for our products while minimizing dust and other messes.
Repair
During this step, any cracked or damaged areas of your concrete are repaired using a Penntek mender.
Base Coat
After your space has been prepped and all areas have been repaired as needed, a Penntek polyurea basecoat is applied to the entire surface.
Chips
This step is where your customization comes into play. After the basecoat is applied, the chips, in the color which you have previously chosen, are spread by hand.
Scraping Chips
After our installers spread the chips by hand, the entire floor is scraped and vacuumed to remove any loose chips and ensure that the area is ready for the top coat.
Top Coat
The final step is to roll on the clear topcoat. Penntek’s clear topcoat is both Polyaspartic and UV stable.
